Whats thi movie I saw on SYFY called?

Seeking name of scifi channel show or movie?
A number of years ago I saw something on Scifi channel. It could have
been a movie or a hour tv program but id like to see it again. The
gist of it was people lived in a town and everyone was fairly well to
do. Then the main character met with a girl in a library who showed
him a book with a picture of a pipe the painting was called this is
not a pipe because it was not a pipe it was a picture of a pipe. It
was later revealed that there were two societies of people. One lived
in a virtual reality were everything had a bar code on it and the bar
codes were viewed as our luxury items... Tvs cars. Etc. The other
group lives in a city that programs everyone else's life. And
somehow this guy breaks free from it. Anyone ever see it?

In England, Oxford University graduate student Xavier is posting his thesis on mutation; Raven, now his foster sister, lives with him. In Las Vegas, Cia agent Moira MacTaggert comes after U.S. Soldiers Colonel Hendry into the Hellfire Club, the place she knows Sebastian Shaw, Emma Frost, and Azazel. After Shaw threatens Hendry, Azazel disappears with the officer; moments later Hendry is within the War Room, advocating that the U.S. install atomic missiles in Turkey. Shaw then eliminates Hendry, displaying himself as Schmidt and displaying the power-absorbing mutant energy which has de-aged him. MacTaggert, looking for Xavier's advice on mutation, introduces him and Raven to the Cia, the place they convince Director McCone that mutants really exist and Shaw is a hazard. Though McCone denies to use the mutants, they're backed from the unnamed "Guy in Black Suit", another Cia executive. Xavier tracks Shaw down, coming soon enough to cease Lensherr, who had attacked Shaw, via drowning as Shaw goes out. Xavier delivers Lensherr to the Cia's secret "Division X" office. They meet up with beginning scientist Hank McCoy, a prehensile-footed mutant whom Xavier accidentally outs as a mutant. McCoy, building a bond with Raven, warranties her he will find a way to normalize their appearance. Xavier utilizes a mutant- locating application, Cerebro, to search for and recruit mutants for coaching to prevent Shaw. He and Lensherr try to find stripper Angel Salvadore; taxi driver Armando Muñoz, who uses the code title Darwin; Army prisoner Alex Summers, who calls himself Havok; and Sean Cassidy, who dubs himself Banshee. Raven uses the title Mystique. While Frost meets with a Soviet general in the us, Xavier and Lensherr capture her. Meantime, Azazel, Riptide and Shaw assault Division X, murdering absolutely everyone but the young mutants and providing them the opportunity to participate him. Angel agrees; when Darwin tries to fight back, Shaw eliminates him. With the ability damaged, Xavier takes the mutants to coach at his family mansion. McCoy devises protective uniforms and a stealth jet. In Moscow, Shaw compels the general to have the Soviet Union put up atomic missiles in Cuba. Through the Cuban Missile Crisis, U.S. President John F. Kennedy institutes a blockage to prevent a Soviet freighter from moving the atomic missiles to Cuba. Shaw, sporting a helmet that foils Xavier's telepathy, comes with the Soviet fleet to verify the missiles arrive, making an attempt to trigger World War III and gain mutant ascendency. Raven goes to attract Lensherr, who coerces her to embrace her character as a mutant. After that, McCoy affords Raven his cure for her visual appeal, but she denies. The remedy backfires on McCoy, making him a leonine creature. Though ashamed of his new visual appeal, he pilots the mutants and MacTaggert to the blockage line. In an following battle with Shaw, Lensherr takes the helmet for himself, encouraging Xavier to immobilize Shaw. Despite Xavier's objections, Lensherr eliminates Shaw by driving the focus camp coin through his brain. Fearing the mutants, the fleets hearth their missiles at them. In a combat, Xavier holds Lensherr from hurting the fleets with the missiles, but when MacTaggert shoots at Lensherr, a deflected bullet hits Xavier within the spine. Lensherr, remorseful, leaves with Mystique, Angel, Riptide and Azazel. A wheelchair-certain Xavier and the mutants return back to the mansion, the place he expects to start a school. MacTaggert promises to by no means say his location and they kiss; at the Cia soon after, she affirms she has no clear reminiscence of latest events.
